• Delivery of a placed order can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks depending upon the item, with the average being between 2-4 weeks without any known delays. We understand that international shipping can often be slow, but we are absolutely positive that once you receive your package(s) you'll see it was worth the wait!
  • We do not consider any parcel "lost or undelivered" until AFTER 8 weeks. In our experience, it ALWAYS arrives, without a single exception. Occasionally customs may get delayed.  We appreciate your patience if this is the case.
  • Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, we may ship some separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers. Do not fear - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you do not have confidence in your postal service, please purchase at your own discretion. 
  • Realistically, mail almost NEVER gets lost. Simply ensure that your address is written correctly when you order, and that you are not moving within the full 8 week delivery timeframe, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about. 

Returns / Refunds  / Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds if there is no documentable issue with your order.
  • If you are able to provide picture-proof that the wrong item was sent to you or there is a documentable issue with the item received (damaged/flawed) we will immediately offer a refund or reship you the correct item, whichever you prefer!
  • There is no need to return an item if the wrong item is received. You can keep it as a free gift, and we will send the correct one!
  • We maintain a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you have any issues with your order you can email us at and we will always make it right for you.
  • Our cut-off time for any order concern is 30 days after receiving your item(s). Please be sure to contact us within 30 days after receiving of your item.
